Students don’t write their problems out and put
them where the world can see. But every day,
students show signs of distress,
disengagement and attrition.
EarlyIQ is the early alert
and intervention program designed by and for
intervention practitioners and those charged with
increasing student retention.
67% of schools find their current early alert process/program
somewhat to minimally effective

Data (and a proven predictive model) is critical to early alert; EarlyIQ draws its data from any SIS (student information system) capable of exporting data as well as learning management systems like Blackboard, Angel and Moodle. Other key data sources include student inventories, periodic faculty surveys unlike any other product and a faculty dashboard as well as anonymous data from concerned community members (parents, roommates, etc.). Unlike other products, however, EarlyIQ is not dependent on inputs from every single data point on campus (such as faculty or student surveys); our alert and predictive model is relevant even if only one or two data points are available.
Administrative users command a powerful, easy-to-navigate dashboard in which they can review incoming referrals and flagged students, assign tasks to responders, initiate and review progress against action plans and assess program engagement and outcomes.
Enables multiple responders—residence life, student health, disciplinary services, etc.—to come together according to suggested action plans based on existing campus workflows.
Connect with students directly, yet efficiently, to address their individual needs. Students may receive help from one or more sources—e.g., online tutoring, counseling center, academic skills center, etc. Simultaneously, students may begin receiving web-based content from our expert-written Virtual Success Center.
